Accountant, NYC, NY: Apply principles of A/cing to analyze finl info & prepare finl reports. Compile & analyze finl info to prepare entries to accounts, such as General Ledger & documenting business transactions using Great Plains & Quick Books. Analyze finl information detailing assets, liabilities, & capital to prepare balance sheet, tax forms, & other reports to summarize current & project finl position using computer. Contract, order, voucher & prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement. Coordinate implementing of a/cing & a/cing control procedures. Devise & implement computer-based system for general a/cing. Duties entail working with a/cing software including, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics Great Plains, Creative Solution, Tally, MS Excel, Word.
