Barlavi Realty is a Boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Midtown, Manhattan specializing in Residential sales and leasing in all neighborhoods around New York City, specifically Manhattan, and are looking for an intern for help with social media and marketing development. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING TRAITS: 1. Background in Marketing & Social Media 2. Passion for New York Real Estate3. Strong Marketing and Business sense4. Self Motivated with minimal supervision 5. Strong writing and oral communication skills 6. Ability to multi-task & prioritize7. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Photoshop, HTML programming8. Knowledge, Understanding and know how to use word-pressRESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develop and implement a social media strategy..2. Media research and outreach.3. Manage social media sites (blog, tweetdeck, twitter, Facebook)4. Uses social networking analysis tools.5. Promotional emails and blog6. Website management7. Assist with special projects and presentations8. Liason with Real Estate Management companies9. Office administrative work & occasional errandsREQUIREMENTS:*This person must be a college student/graduate living in the 5 boroughs and knows how to use word-press.TIMING / HOURS:A candidate who can start in August is ideal and the goal is to turn this internship into a PAID Full-time position.
