Grants Manager (Not-For-Profit) to $80K About the Job Major Not-For-Profit in New York City is seeking a Grants Manager. The Grants Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of the organization?s government contracts, grants and private contributions. In addition, the position is responsible for establishing and enforcing organization policies and procedures for managing all aspects of contracts, including start-up, renewals, amendments, modifications, purchasing, closeouts, etc. The Grants Manager supervises the grants unit and serves as the primary liaison between the agency and its grantors.Salary to $80K, commensurate with experience. Essential Functions Statement(s) ·Develop and monitor effective quality assurance systems to ensure contract timeliness and adherence to all grantor rules and regulations, ensuring uniformity of contract compliance across departments/programs.·Oversee preparation of reporting documents to funders, ensuring the timely submission of all vouchers and related program compliance reports.·Track and report on donor restricted funds.·Facilitate collection of monthly program reports and facilitates the completion and submission of all annual progress reports for assigned government funding.·Develop and distribute monthly contract and agency budget variance reports to appropriate senior and program staff.·Implement contract management plans. Conduct contract orientation and documentation and set up quarterly contract reviews; provide all staff with training as it relates to contracts management.·Develop and implement appropriate and rational allocation methodologies which adhere to contracts and to Circulars A-122 and A-133 guidelines.
