Executive Director -NY, NY - Financial Advisor & Investment Management Company seeks Executive Director of Strategic Investing Group to direct investment banking transactions w/ Latin Amer companies, monitor due diligence & coord investment activs; review client's bus plans; source bus opportunities; coord strategic advice w/mgmt & board of directors. Analyze investees' operations to eval performance, determine improvements & mng negotiations of additional acquisition & financing agreements incl Offering Memorandums, Loan Agreement, Collateral Agreements & ancillary documentation. Conduct valuation analysis for transactions executed in both the debt & equity capital mkts, support execution of investments; monitor & direct documentation thruout the deal execution in multiple jurisdictions, coord w/lawyers, mgmt & investors; maintain a pipeline log of potential transactions & conduct ongoing industry reviews.
