City Parks Foundation (CPF) is an independent, non-profit organization that produces arts, sports and educational programs, largely free of charge, for over 600,000 New Yorkers in 750 parks throughout New York City. CPF also organizes communities to support neighborhood parks via Partnerships for Parks, an innovative joint program of City Parks Foundation and NYC Parks founded in 1995. Partnerships helps New Yorkers work together to make neighborhood parks thrive. CPF seeks a Corporate Program Manager to lead and manage the organization?s citywide corporate volunteer projects and events. The Corporate Program Manager will increase corporate volunteer participation; foster collaborative relationships among corporate volunteers, Parks staff, and community members; and raise revenue to support Partnerships for Parks activities and act as a liaison between corporate partners and the foundation to increase foundation support.The Corporate Program Manager will report to the Partnerships for Parks Volunteer Program Director, and have significant interaction with the Director of Partnerships for Parks & the City Parks Foundation Director of Development. POSITION DESCRIPTION Lead and expand Partnerships for Parks? citywide Corporate Volunteer Program, which currently engages 3,500 volunteers annually in 75 service projects to improve NYC parks Supervise part-time and seasonal program assistants and interns as the program grows Identify corporate partner contacts for broader participation in funding across the foundation Provide motivation, supervision, and hands-on guidance to corporate volunteers at parks beautification projects throughout the five boroughs Identify sites, track budgets, order supplies, and manage logistics, tracking, and evaluation of volunteer projects Communicate corporate program information to Partnerships, CPF, and Parks staff, ensuring compliance with Parks goals and City regulations Identify and lead Corporate Program promotion through events, partner organizations, website, e-blasts and newsletters, direct outreach/solicitation, and other outlets Increase program participation by strengthening relationships with existing and new corporate partners, and developing activities to recognize accomplishments and contributions of corporate volunteers Lead trainings for staff and community members to improve corporate volunteer management and engagement Develop and expand relationships with community park groups and identify opportunities to connect corporate resources to community needs Work with the Volunteer Program Director and CPF staff to set corporate program fundraising goals and maximize revenue for Partnerships for Parks programsThe Corporate Program Manager will be expected to
