Client Information Manager-NYC Law Firm in New York, NY

Do you have experience helping a company manage and track client information? Do you have a BA or BS degree? Do you have 3-5 years of marketing and knowledge management experience within a law firm or corporate environment? Are you experienced with Interaction, Tikit and other contact management tools? And MS Office and Outlook as well? Can you develop, implement and maintain a technology platform which support?s a company?s client development and marketing programs by working the Marketing, Information Systems, Research Services, Finance and other relevant departments? Have you had experience streamlining the structure and process for the collection, editing, updating and managing the content to be housed within the technology platform so it can be searched and accessed by staff? Are you wiling to work closely with the Directors of Marketing and Business Development and the Director of Information Systems to develop goals and implementation plans for the CRM system, e-mail marketing tool, experience and expertise database and other technology? Are you capable of being responsible for ensuring that all technology meets user needs and achieves business goals? Can you develop and implement a system upgrade (content clean-up and roll-out plan for the firm-wide usage of the InterAction, making sure that the developed plans are complementary with other firm-wide projects with information requirements? Are you interested in overseeing the database stewards, partnering with the marketing staff and the IS department and interacting with partners, senior administrative staff, associates, clients and vendors in this law firm?
