A very successful Media Company has a brand new opening for a Controller in their NYC based corporate headquarters. This opportunity is ideal for a fast track candidate. Management's very bright (Ivy League grads) and the firm is growing rapidly... They doubled in size last year! You will have free reign to introduce and implement whatever ideas you see fit. Senior Management is open minded and wants this person to be the "Accounting expert". Sky is the limit with where you can take the position.
The position reports directly to the CFO and will be responsible for directing all financial affairs of the company, including everything from preparing financial analysis of operations to providing guidance to the management team.
The company benefits are excellent. You will have zero out of pocket expenses. To be considered for the role, you must have a CPA. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and is looking for the next step of their career. You will have been through the weeds and exposed to various situations. You must know how to research and find out answers quickly.
