Financial Consultant: Serve as an agent to major banks in acquisition, financing and disposition of NYC Taxi and Limousine Medallions; contact customers to present proposals to acquire, finance or dispose NYC Taxi and Limousine medallions; prep agreements, maintain, reconcile new/existing loans in accordance to corp. and industry regulations; make presentation on financial services to attract new clients; ensure all back-ups is in order and up-to-date; schedule closing dates with all parties; manage special projects for corp. executives including prep. of high net worth loan docs and apps; assist clients with inquiries, disputes concerning new and existing loans; design and implement proper procedures and filing systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality; analyze, monitor internal processes and quality control; develop prospects from current commercial customers, refer leads or sales or trade meeting and ensure proper booking of new loans; orient and train employees.
